You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging, tags and accessories. Our support team will guide you throughout the process.

For Defective or Incorrect Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product received is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or otherwise defective.
For Change of Mind Returns: The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost. This applies when the customer orders the wrong item, the item does not fit, or they no longer want it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@cairnward-outdoor.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Pack Your Item: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags and documents.
3. Send It Back: Ship your return by following the instructions provided in your return authorisation email. You may use the carrier or shipping method recommended in that email.
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refund Timeframe: Once approved, your refund will be processed. It generally takes up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
